Hourly Strategy Sessions

Sometimes you don’t need a whole plan — just a trusted voice. That’s where our strategy sessions come in.

Whether you're just getting started or figuring it out as you go, we’ll help you move forward with clarity, insight, and confidence- exactly when you need it.

    You’ll leave with a strategic roadmap — not a to-do list — and a better sense of how to spend your time, energy, and budget well.

    Best suited for short-term or situational support, these sessions are ideal when you need smart input, fast.

    • After over four hours of engagement, we’ll decide whether our Retainer Model or one of our offerings may be a more seamless fit for continued support

    A 90-minute strategic starting point for newly engaged couples. We'll clarify your vision, align priorities, and map your initial planning path.

    Gut Check Session
    A 90-minute mid-planning review. We’ll assess where things stand and identify any blind spots or areas for refinement.

    Ad-Hoc Hourly Support
    Book sessions as needed - for vendor reviews, decision-making, budget clarity, or simply talking through what’s next. Leverage us for moments where a second opinion makes all the difference.

    Unlike one-off sessions, this model is designed for long-term partnership — offering continuity, proactive insight, and a deep understanding of your evolving vision and needs.

What We Don’t Do

At TWS, clarity is a cornerstone of how we work — and that includes being transparent about what our services do, and don’t, include. Although we are dedicated to the strategic planning and design of your wedding, our services do not extend to onsite event management and coordination. Instead, we serve as your behind-the-scenes partner, ensuring your planning is intentional, informed, and entirely your own. On the day itself, we’ll be rooting for you from afar. We strongly recommend that our couples hire a day-of coordinator to help bring to life the beautiful planning we've worked on together, and we're happy to assist in finding the right person to help realize your vision.
